My tired little baby girl

Picnic Pajama friday night!!!!
I know we all have these pictures of our kids falling asleep wierd places, but these pictures are from the past 3 days. I think she must be tired from crawling around trying to keep up with her big sisters and brother. She is such a joy in my life.
I loved conference this weekend. I especially was touched with the talk from Elder Ballard about mothers in the Sunday Afternoon session. I think he wrote that talk for me. Here are some things that touched me about his talk.I loved that he talked to us young mothers with little children. When he says "its crucial to focus on our kids for the short span that we have them" Its crazy to think we only have them 1/4 of our lives. "Recongnize that the joy of motherhood comes in moments." I hope that I can remember this every day.

Dont overschedule your children. Does it count if we have bonding time where Madison takes dance in the hall? Water cannot be drawn from an empty well. I love this, I love that he suggests that mothers need to replenish themselves through dates and time away from the everyday things we do .Pray, Study and teack the Gospel. What a wonderful talk this was. I cant wait for them to print it so that I can read and re-read it often.

Kathy - You enjoyed the same talk I did. It was especially good for my hubbie to hear. The "overscheduling" made me question how involved my kids should be??????
Those pictures are so cute! I love sleepy baby pics.
Kath that was such an amazing talk. I was crying through the whole thing. Thanks for reminding me of some things that he said in the talk. I can't wait to read it again too.
Kath, that talk was definately for me too. Lately I have been dreading going to church, and he made me realize that all my hard work with my children is paying off, and that what I am doing is important
Kathy, I loved bro. Ballards talk too! I so felt he was talking to me! Everything hit home! I also cant wait to read it again! And I love the pictures of your little sleepy head, so heavenly!
I loved loved loved that talk to I kept telling Lance did you hear that? It was great! I don't think dance counts ... (right?) I love that Sadie is falling asleep everywhere so funny maybe she is having a growth spurt!
Oh I am so with you on that talk!! It was by far my favorite the whole weekend. Sometimes it is hard to remember that they will only be with us for such a short time and we should do everything we can to enjoy them! I love the pictures!!
Sadie Bella is so dang cute. I can't wait to have her fall asleep at my house this weekend! I loved all the talks from this last weekend but I too was touched by this talk. Even though I'm not a mom yet. It was a wonderful help to know how Heavenly Father wants me to be as a mother. I have it recored and I can't wait to watch it with shawn. (I had to work so I only got to listen on the radio).
Motherhood is the best thing I have ever done! Bridger brings me so much joy sometimes it makes my stomach hurt, you know the moments when you wanna cry its so good. Women are so lucky!!
You are so cute! I love conference talks when they bring up mothers. Not only do I think about my mother but how blessed I am to have kids of my own!
