Easter

We had a nice easter. What a wonderful time to think about our Saviour. I am truly greatful for him and his sacrafice for me. I love the song I know my redeemer lives, I believe he lives and hears all my thoughts, wants and needs.

Hailey Bug!!! She finally got earings!!! She has begged for them and we told her when she went potty we would get them for her. NO I am not that lucky, she is not potty trained but I decided to fulfill her list of things she has waited for (and things we have taken away from her) I am hoping that she will feel big and go potty now. We are saying good bye to diapers today and painting our fingernails (She has not had them done for almost 9 months) I am trying reverse Psychology. Hope it works!!!! By the way she only cried for about 2 minutes then she was having me be Bethany (her dance teacher) in the mall asking me to count 5678 so she could shake her bum with her new earings.

CRAZY DAYS!!!

So Mads had her first competition for this year and on Friday she did her trio. I love to watch her trio and her teacher is a rock star!!! (Thanks Bethany) That day went pretty good but Saturday well its Saturday night and I am still feeling like i want to vomit with stress. We got to the competition which is 30-40 minutes from our house and she (I) forgot her hat. To make a long story short Rob brought it to her going way over the speed limit and probably reckless and my stomach is still sick that I requested him to do this with my most precious possessions in the car for a hat. Then I was a bit onery with her teacher as I ran to give mads the hat and I should publicly appologize to her, she is great to all of my kids and she got my stressed mean look. Beth, I am sorry!!! HOWEVER, we will never, never miss a costume piece again. The day was fun I love being with all of the moms and the girls are darling.

On a fun note, we spur of the moment ran down to St. George Monday night after dance but of coarse back by Wednesday afternoon for dance (Isn't it funny how dance is such a part of our lives) and it was so so good to be in the sun. I took the 4 kids to the pool by my self and within the first 5 minutes of being there I rescued Kaden who was drowning with all my clothes on. I guess he thought he can swim???? Apparently he needs many more lessons.

Madisons 6th Birthday

Happy Birthday to my little lady, Madison. She is such a joy in my life. I love to spend time with her and I love to watch her dance. She had her Birthday on Thursday and we had a family party on Thursday night and then a friend party on Saturday. We invited 40 kids, (yes I am a bit crazy) I love parties and I love kids!!!!
I spent so so much time preparing for this and after I asked her if she had fun. She said that she liked Kwincees party better "they actually played games". Great job Tiff with Kwincees party, I guess I should get tips from you!!!
And I finally Finished the vampire books!!! I cant wait for the next one in August.

TEN YEARS AGO
Well, well, well, ten years ago what was I doing? I think i just finished living with Trista, Kerri, Missy, Brooke, and Nick at night. I was dating Rob and was finished waiting for a missionary. I think I was still training Robby on how to be a boyfriend. He took some work. But he was well worth the wait. He is wonderful and I love to spend every minute with him.

3 BAD HABITS
1*Telling my kids "just a minute" when i get side tracked cleaning and its really just an hour.
2*Rob would say being late. But truthfully I dont care if I am late. I only care to have Mads to dance on time. Priorities!!!
3*I am a back seat driver (If Rob would drive like me, which is very senior citizen like then I would not have to voice my opinion so much)

5 THINGS YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT ME
1*I love Chuckee Cheese... I love the pizza, I love that you can sit and talk with the kids playing. And I love ski ball.
2*I prefer to bath over shower. Its more relaxing
3*I hate talking in church, but someday want to be on the general board for primary or young women. I think it would be fun to talk in conference
4*Every food I like is yellow. Chicken, mashed potatoes, fettucini alfredo, rolls, bread.
5*I wish I could call Rob every hour while he is at work because I miss him so much and love to talk to him. So when he leaves the house I call him on his 11 minute drive to work.

This weeks news

Well we really did nothing too exciting this week. We have had fun doing dinners at night as a family. The kids have really enjoyed the snow. I think I am ready for it to be gone and for summer to be here. I know its a long ways away, but i look forward to it still.

FUN WITH MADISON

Madison is fun for me to be with. This week we were able to do things with just us (and my little Sadie) On thursday while Kaden and Hailey bug were at school we went to breakfast with my mom. Mads loves fancy dishes and manors with resturaunts, (she let my mom know that she had her elbow on the table).

Today we were able to go to Hannah Montana 3D. We took her best little friend who I love to watch the two together, and we went with a friend of mine and took 16 girls total it was fun!!
